  On February 10th my Truck broke down in Oklahoma City on my way to pick up a trailer. Not being from Oklahoma traveling from California I had to Google repair shops. 3BROTHERS Truck Repair popped up and had some good reviews. I called them and explained my situation and they said to have the truck towed to them, so I did. Got a Hotel room down the street while repairs were done. I was told after a couple days that my injectors on the driver's side were bad so I agreed for them to be replaced. Paided $1000.00 for parts and $1600.00 for labor. While I was in Oklahoma waiting on my truck I was told by **** shop owner that they had dropped a glo plug in the engine which delayed the repair by a day then next day they forgot to plug the injectors in while test driving the truck. Me and my wife had to fly home and wait for them to get the truck fixed and fly back to Oklahoma to pick it up. On February 26th I flew back to Oklahoma to pick up my truck and drive it back to California. That whole week I had been in contact with **** shop owner making sure my truck was ready for that road trip. I made it in to California on the 27th of February. I was about 100 miles away from my house when my check engine light came on. On the 28th February I took my truck to a local shop where they had Ford Master Mechanics. I was informed that all 4 injectors I just had replaced by 3BROTHERS in Oklahoma were burnt out and wasn't properly put in. (SEE attached invoice). Plus 5 out of 8 oil rail hold down bolts striped threads caused by 3BROTHERS. I'm asking for $1000.00 in parts injectors that were burnt out by not being properly torqued down and $1600.00 in labor back. Plus $875.00 for the new shop (HB Diesel) having to rethread the bolt holes. I'm in a bad spot because I'm not able to take the truck back to Oklahoma and have them fix what they did wrong. Please help attached invoices for both shops Plus pictures of the burnt injectors included.

  We, 3Brothers Truck Repair, have spoken to this customer, once on his way home from Okc to LA. Just to make sure he was good. He stated the truck was driving great and he appreciated the work we did.

  (If we didn’t do the work correctly it wouldn’t have made it 5 miles much less 1,300 miles.)

  We spoke with him when he got to LA and he stated he was at the shop with his truck. We asked if everything is ok, he said yes, I brought my truck in but it doesn’t have anything to do with the work you guys did. Said everything was good.

  So, I’m shocked to read this complaint.

  With that being said we aren’t unable to issue a refund.

  I am rejecting this response because: I've sent over proof that the injectors that were fixed by 3BROTHERS weren't done currently and that I had to pay to have the same injectors done over. I adding the pictures of the burnt up injectors and the over tighten bolts that had to be drilled out. I also included detail explaining by the shop owner saying everything that was done wrong by 3BROTHERS. I would like my money back and include $875 for the bolts that was over tighten and had to be drilled out. I paid $2600 to 3BROTHERS for nothing. I would like my $2600 back and $875. Thanks.
