This business is not open and transparent with customers. I purchased 2 cars from Go Auto about 3 weeks apart (November 2023). In less than 4 months both cars turned out to have significant problems that cost thousands of dollars to repair not covered by warranty. I understand that used cars may have some issues at some point, but I don't expect to have problems within 90 days. Dealerships have mechanics that are supposed to look over the cars and fix any presenting problems. I feel like this place totally got over on me and I feel buyers remorse. And not to mention that one car that I purchased for my daughter turned out to have a loss/ salvaged title that was not disclosed. We didn't find that out until I went to get a warranty on the car. I will take some responsibility because I needed these cars in a hurry and I didn't have time to do my due diligence to get the vehicles checked out. However, I do expect some level of honesty and decency as a consumer. I think it should be illegal to sell customers anything, knowing it is faulty or something is wrong with the product without full disclosure.

Recently bought a vehicle from here, if I could give zero stars to this place, I would. Not only were they disrespectful to me when I had already purchased the vehicle and needed a notary on the title that they have given me (in which they were already supposed to have provided). But, I've only had this vehicle for LESS THAN A year and the transmission is blown. I wish I would've looked at these reviews earlier and stayed the heck out of dodge. Check engine light came ** in the vehicle not long after purchasing this vehicle. Staff said there was a no return policy after purchase and to make things worse, gave out a faulty 3rd party warranty. Called the 3rd party to get repairs for the vehicle and they claimed that there was nothing they could do about it while snickering. NOT AT ALL, a trustworthy company. DO NOT spend your money buying vehicles here unless if you've got free money to spend.

Please Read!!!!!! I had the worst experience dealing with this car lot. My mom bought a 2012  Nissan armada she hasn't driven this car in 6 months if not longer. My fianc decided to take the payments over due to my mom not being able to get the car fix and make two car payments. The Nissan  was shooting gas at the top of the engine we ended up getting that fixed and the starter so we where able to drive for a week or so. The car completely stops working while my fianc was at work so he hired a mobile mechanic to see about the car. The mobile mechanic showed my fianc the fuel pump wasn't even correctly installed in the vehicle along with a host of other things. Fast forward almost 3 weeks later car still not running we ended up spending close to $1700 that's not including the labor on fixing the car. I called to the car lot to see if we bring in a 1000 since we only owe 2600 on the car if we could do a trade in. My fianc was willing to pay extra if needed. The car lot employees where nothing but rude and disrespectful. They threaten us to pick up the car and put it as a repo which isn't right especially if where still making on time payments and haven't been able to enjoy the car. We ended up getting a new car from Nissan who is a awesome company. If you are looking for a good car lot company and people who actually car about you and not just your money i would recommend Nissan and ask for Krissy she is amazing. DO NOT I REPEAT AND CANT STRESS THIS ENOUGH DO NOT SHOP AT GO AUTO THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY THEIR CARS ARE OVERPRICED AND NOT WORTH IT GO TO THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE AND GOOGLE REVIEWS I WISH MY MOM WOULDVE!!!! P.S IM ONLY GIVING THEM ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAVE TO GIVE ATLEAST ONE TO SUBMIT

Shouldve researched them more!!! Purchased a car on Friday and Saturday the check engine light came on! 54k miles! They are rude and hateful and dont stand by their word!Then when I found a water bottle crushed up where the gas cap should be they said someone mustve stolen it! Umm I had a near full tank of gas and they stole the cap but not the gas? ??????? and then replaced it with a water bottle.. nah they knew. Whoever is running their Facebook page/messenger is the pits and needs some courses in customer service. Ten out of ten do not recommend! Awful people and business!
