    We had our carpets cleaned on November 1st, 2023. Two rooms were left with brown streaks on the carpet that were not there prior to our cleaning. Their services say they're guaranteed on the website for 30 days. I reached out 3 days later after confirming the stains and was told they would not correct the issue until I added a positive review to their site. That is unethical and bad business. We called customer service twice only to be told a manager would reach out. 3 weeks later, no response. Our most recent call we were told our account was marked hostile and they won't respond. Not one of our calls or correspondence was angry in any way. We simply wanted the errors corrected.

    I had this company come to my home to clean my carpets. The technician, who was all of 19, is too young for anyone in a business like this with only 1-month of experience by herself with no trainer. She talked nonstop about herself, I don't need to hear someone's life story. She left unable to clean my carpets because she had some kind of problem. I have heard nothing from the company since. I don't blame the tech, I blame her boss for this. I will not use this company ever again. Very disappointed.

    On the date of the service, my technician arrived to the home and started to have an allergic reaction on her skin, itching. She was informed by the customer that there was mold in one of the rooms, which my technician then informed the customer that she is allergic to mold. She called me, and asked what she should do, and I informed her to let the customer know that we would not be able to clean her carpets due to my technician having an allergic reaction to the mold, but we could get her rescheduled. The Customer present at the time of the service, who is the wife of the individual that left the review to my knowledge, was very apologetic and stated she would like to have us schedule her for a re-service. The technician, has passed all training requirements to be released into the field, and did not perform the cleaning to give the customer the ability To determine if she is able to provide quality service. I informed our call center of the situation, and requested they reach out to schedule a re-service. Shortly after this event, the customer left an aggressive review online, stating he would never recommend Zerorez and would inform everyone he knows not to use our service. Due to this, we did not pursue trying to schedule a reservice as the customer had already decided his opinion of our company in an aggressive manner that would be difficult for any technician to handle. The statements about the technician are all opinion based without the evidence of facts to back it up and does not include the total truth of the events that occurred.
