We had our carpets cleaned on November 1st, 2023. Two rooms were left with brown streaks on the carpet that were not there prior to our cleaning. Their services say they're guaranteed on the website for 30 days. I reached out 3 days later after confirming the stains and was told they would not correct the issue until I added a positive review to their site. That is unethical and bad business. We called customer service twice only to be told a manager would reach out. 3 weeks later, no response. Our most recent call we were told our account was marked hostile and they won't respond. Not one of our calls or correspondence was angry in any way. We simply wanted the errors corrected.Initial Complaint

This company was called out to perform a carpet cleaning on some traffic areas and an overall carpet inspection and clean as needed or recommended. Service was attempted on 5/22/2023, invoice#***** with the amount of $112 paid, at property address ***********************************************. From the time they arrived, they appeared confused and without any real plan or ideas on what to do which was very strange. Most of the time you call anyone out for any service, they access the situation and recommend a plan and do it once agreed upon. Once they started some attempts, they kept making excuses for the lack of success and acted as if they were ready to bail and head for the door. This was in a very nice home, a carpet with moderate wear, and had some areas that we felt needed further attention in addition to any prior routine maintenance cleanings. This company advertises and claims to be the best of the best with a conquers anything claim. They never displayed this this ability at any time during our actions together, had no answers or any satisfactory remedy after expressing discontent with the service and nothing but excuses to offer afterwards. Many of the areas they were directed to focus on were untouched and everything looked essentially the same as if they were never there.Initial Complaint

I am attaching the last call we have with Mr. ******* as we offered our “30-day guarantee,” and Mr. ******* stated he would call back to schedule a re-service and never gave us the opportunity. There are several statements in this review that do not align with our technician notes, but we have tried to resolve this with Mr. Romanek and again we were not given the opportunity.
