I purchased a pair of shoes that were on sale and they gave me two different size shoes. When I noticed it, I contacted corporate and they gave me the transaction number and told me to go in store and do an exchange or refund. I then went to the store and they refused to help me because I no longer had the shoe box. Now, I am out the $119 and I dont have the shoes either.Initial Complaint

I have been having issues receiving my money back from a purchase that was attempted from JD Sports that did not go through but money had still been taken from my afterpay account. I have been getting the run around been told to wait 5 days for a refund and its been over that with no further communication JD Sports ive reached out To them multiple time and they wont refund anything because they don't even show the purchase being made in their system. This is so frustrating because ill never get the shoes that i requested but my money is gone. I have contacted endless customer service representatives with no real solution. And there is no number to contact afterpay only an email. After this i will not be making any purchases with JD Sports nor use Afterpay again.Business response
