I received my order of "Chew Proof dog bed (Indestructible+) - M". The bed measures 45" x 31", instead of the listed size of 41" x 28". This bed will not fit into my dog's crate because it doesn't match the size on the website. I contacted the company via email and their webpage contact form and got no response in 2+ weeks. I tried to leave a review on their webpage and there is no way to make an account to leave a review.Review from Linda E.

Im very disappointed in this company I ordered 2 dog beds which you know werent Cheap $179.37 I only received 1 which is what I ordered the second one came from Baauye which I didnt order from and it was a smaller Dog Bed CHEWWERS will not respond to my messages Im getting in touch with any company I can to tell them Ive been scammedReview from Patrick B.

This company is a scam! First their website says US company and everything comes from China. Secondly they have two websites chewers and chewwers. They same address is on both but there are two websites. They claim to ship everything next day. I ordered on 7/21/22 and never received tracking so I tried to cancel my order on 7/29/22 so they shipped it on 7/30/22 after I sent the cancellation email so they wouldn’t cancel my order. Then because it comes from China instead of Oklahoma it takes 21 days to come in the mail. The bed is advertised as indestructible, memory foam, rectangular, and about 3 inches thick. What I received was a poly filler in a pillow shaped bed and you couldn’t even tell there was filling in it because there was so little of the filling in the bed. It looks like a flat pancake. I contacted them to return because they have a 30 day money back guarantee per their website and I definitely didn’t get what I ordered and no one will respond. Also my dog managed to destroy it within 24 hours. I have now been screwed out of $170 by this scamming company. I want my money back.

Ordered a dog bed. What I received was different than what was shown on the website. Seller insisted it was the same product, refused a refund, and inferred I should accept the lower quality item they sent because it was on sale. This company is a rip off.
