October 14 2022 John- owner of Morris Heat and Air came to our house to repair our floor furance. His helper went to basement and started repair The burner was pulled and cleaned , adjusted pilot assembly and added a new breakawy ferrell They checked the thermostat and furance seemed to be working. To which he charged me $89.00 service call plus repair charge of $285.00 and credit card fee for a total of $387.09 Suggested more than once he had a new one he would sell us. Oct 25- 2022 we called again as furance wasnt working John Morris said our pilot light was out Charged a $50.00 service call. On Nov 01 again pilot light out- my husband went downstairs to relight and to his dismay the furance burner pan and other parts were laying on the floor of the furance. It was never put back together- pilot light couldnt stay lit from constant swinging in the furance open pan. Contacted Morris Heat and he stated they didnt leave furance that way and again pushed for us to buy a new furance- wasnt his concern We basically were out of luck Also John M said he wasnt doing anything more about the mess that was left He denied they left it like we found it. We made the decision to find someone else to come and put it back like it needed to be to have a safe working furance.

This company left my dad hanging after he tried to contact him several times letting him know that the heat went out. He left my 81-year-old dad hanging all night in the cold and his health was already compromised then he called the next day after I kept trying to get a hold of him, and the guy had nothing but excuses to give so I fired him immediately

We were closed November 18 November 19 and November 20 of 2022 due to a rare wedding in my family. This customer, Bob *****, carries annual service with us and receives a labor warranty that covers any labor charges associated with a part failure. In the signed Labor Warranty Agreement, we have 7 days to respond to a warranty claim. Bob ***** signed his name to that and I have the document. Bob texted me on November 19 at 5:29 PM CST. I did not receive his text message in Florida until late that night because I didn't see it until the next morning and I had my phone on me. The entire time I was there I was answering phone calls. I don't know why the text message didn't get to me immediately when he sent it but I did not receive it until the morning of November 20. I received messages from Deborah ***** his daughter to our Google account the morning of November 20 as well which I responded to as soon as I saw those. I explained to her that I was at a wedding and that I would not be back until the morning of November 21 and that I could be there Monday morning between 10 and 10:45 AM. That as well within the seven days that we have to respond to a warranty issue as described in the contract that we have with Bob ***** and as everyone should know I would've been there immediately had I have not been at a wedding for one of my family members. The only reason we have that in our contract is in the event that we are out of town or we are tied up on another job and we can't get to someone immediately and that rarely happens as a matter of fact I could give you an example of 50 warranty claims throughout the last 20 years of over 3000 Goodman systems that we responded to the same day and nobody has ever had to wait over 24 hours for us to go to their house. If anyone ever has had to wait it was because the part was on backorder or not in stock in Tulsa. So yeah, I've been to two weddings in 20 years. I offered to them to call 3 contractors that Goodman Manufacturing Company lists on their website as "Factory Authorized Dealers" within 10 miles of their home. We installed Bob's system several years ago and we have serviced it twice a year since installed. Though Bob and Debra may feel like I left them hanging, I have did my best to save them money throughout the years. We had 2 call backs this fall due to ONG conducting work and effecting gas pressures. Bob's furnace was fully functional and operating correctly when it was serviced earlier this fall.

You have already been blocked: enough with the excuses plus we don't even deal with ONG so that's another excuse. You failed to answer the phone and you failed to call back in a timely manner period knowing his age. Your lies and excuses are pathetic and you are blocked. End of story. We don't appreciate the harassment.

Your dad does have ONG as his gas provider. When we installed his system some 6-8 years ago, he received a rebate from ONG. Not to say that is whats wrong with his furnace, but we have had a few problems this season with gas pressure fluctuations. Meaning we adjusted the manifold pressure to 3.5" wc (2" wc for 1st stage if a 2 stage unit) only to be called back due to a unit over heating and finding the gas pressures were much higher than originally set. Your dad never called. He sent a text message. So there was no call to answer. I did not receive his text at 5:30PM on Saturday. This is likely an issue with phone service on his part or my part, I don't know. I was connected to wifi and saw your message to our google messages when you sent them Sunday morning. I have not given any excuses at all. You were informed that we are closed till Monday. I answered your google message on Sunday morning while we were closed. To be expected to return a phone call any sooner than start of business Monday morning is rude on your part. We are normally open 24/7, but occasionally we have to close due to lack of employees, catching up with taxes and reporting to the Federal and State government, special occasions, illnesses (like COVID) , tending to our fleet of vehicles (we have 4 that require repairs and maintenance occasionally), and big projects that require our attention. I have not harassed you and welcome any evidence to prove otherwise. If harassment is occurring, I will make sure that it stops.
