      On August 29 I was a patient at Aspen Dental while in the dental chair the dentist and assistant stepped away and I noticed they had expired products on their table. I photograph the product and kept it as evidence. Now Aspen Dental is sending me bills after I had agreed to a payment ************** credit and attempting to upcharge my account when we had agreed on a set amount for my Dental procedures. I brought the use of expired products to the office manager and she acted as if it was no big deal and it could have happened all the time. I told her look it is over 2 years old. She was unfazed by it. Therefore I am reporting this so no other unsuspecting clients have this issue. If you zoom in on the syringe you can see the date of 2021.

      I am rejecting this response because:  nothing was addressed they did not even apologize for using expired product which is a public safety risk therefore this is unacceptable.  Also I still have the bill that I was assured a few months ago that I was not going to get.   That was sent

      Went in for initial visit. Was told my insurance company would pay for most procedures. Insurance company said it was not contacted for verifacation. I wanted a tooth removed and partial made. they said I needed extensive gum work also. I approved gum work. i have been duplicate billed and have so far piad 1200.00 and received a bill for 1819.00 more. Statement received has duplicate charges and Aetna states it has not received claim requests.Called office and was told they did not have a billing department and the did not have a number for the corporate office. Name of corporate office is SCD Dental PC. Att.Sonali *********
