      *** glover used to be a quality place until recently.. im 100% disabled veteran on limited Income and now since the fiance department failed to do any of their jobs I just paid 800 dollar car payment on a car I no longer have all because the job glover fiance guy is horrible! Do yourself a favor and go to *******************..he is involved and cares unlike ***** who only cares about ***** and his money he screed people out of.*** glover will cause more heartache than help

      Sold a vehicle with problems. Non-responsive for 7-day return policy I asked for inventory they failed to send me a list to choose from. They string you out 7-days the ignore you. Failed to return phone calls. Rushed test drive. Fail to follow up when directed by dealer management. I now have a 2018 truck i bought and will have to invest over $6000 into to allow me to drive it reliably. I would highly suggest you avoid buying a used car from Glover Owasso.

      I have worked with Ilyas and Cody both at the service department and received great care. They were honest about supply chain issues and set a realistic expectation of timeline. My most recent visit was with Ilyas. He was accommodating, professional and kind. He followed up with me with text and calls about the status of the part and helped squeezed me in when the part arrived. My customer service journey was 10 out of 10. Jim Glover has hired well.

      Service Department Our vehicle has been waiting on a repair for over 3 Months, very poor communication. At times, no one would even answer the phone in the service department. We actually called from our car once then entered the dealership while calling. Then we saw a few employees sitting around playing on their phones. Perhaps someone could prop up these reviews. But very curious about what type and severity of their issues. Our service agent told us one thing. TJ the service manager tells us Differently. It also appears, from the radio commercials, that this place is severely understaffed. It's a crying shame. Imagine what a rental car cost for this duration of time. We're very curious if this happens at our dealerships. We'll rate their service again whenever our warrantied vehicle is returned. Thank you for viewing.

      We found a car that we wanted to purchase online. After talking to the salesman, we went to look at it that night because they offered us free window tinting if we came that night 08/24/2023. We test drove the car and liked it so we told them we wanted to purchase. They sat us in the waiting room and we sat there for nearly an hour. They came back to us with a few papers to sign but mentioned that the car was waiting on a part. We signed the papers under the assumption that the part would be in within a few days. We waited a few days and called them and they told us it would be a week for the part to come in. That was fine but we asked if all financing had come back approved and they assured us it had. On 09/06/2023, my husband got ahold of them and they said the car was ready. So we went over to Owasso to sign papers and pick the car up. When we got over there they said they had a new system and it wasn’t working right. We sat for about two hours waiting. They said they would email the papers to us. On 09/15/2023, we finally received the papers in our email. Days later they had more papers for sign and we had to go back over there. Today, 10/09/2023, we were informed that the bank had declined a paper and needed another one signed. At this time they still have not paid off the car we traded in and we haven’t had possession of that vehicle for over a month. I am very unhappy with the dealership and have never in my life had financing take nearly two months to iron out with our trade uninsured and sitting on their lot.
