PROTAX is a business which is suppose to help customers with bookkeeping and accounting advises as its name says.I went last March to ask PROTAX the service of bookkeeping of the year 2022 (I started my business in August 2022 and operations on Nov 2022) so, the owner and I made a verbal deal in which we disscused the information she needed to have this service done ant the fees for the service as well.After some days, I received some phone calls from her to ask me about specific information of the bussines, I visited her a couple of times in her office with the same purpose.Some days later, PROTAX owner called me to let me know that the work was done and I paid her the amount of $800 for the bookkeeping of 2022 and $220 for the bookkeeping of January 2023. After that, I picked it up the informacion at PROTAX to present my taxes on time with other company. After a couple of weeks with the help of a tax preparer from Liberty Tax I realized that the information that PROTAX gave me was incorrect and if I would had presented to the *** I would had paid an excesive amount in taxes because the big income that PROTAX wrote down in the Profit and Loss report that her prepared.I visited an expert *** to have this job done again. The diference between both reports from two different persons is huge! The *** gave me a PROFIT and LOSS report with a negative amount (loss in 2022).I returned to PROTAX to talk to the owner and let her know and demostrate her with the new information prepared by the *** that she did an incorrect work about my business and she refused to give me a refund for the incorrect work done by her.I need your help to solve this situation because I consider that she does not have the experience to do this kind of service that she offers, and she charge for this even when she does everything incorrect. She has to be stopped of making more frauds!Business response

This business is strictly adhered to the law of the ***************** and *******, therefore we do not work with ghost receipts or imaginary checks, when we carry out any procedure it must be based on the fact that we have the documentation, in this case the client did not present us any more of half of the documents to carry out the bookkeeper, therefore we could not enter more than we were not aware of, she herself accepted her error that she did not give us the documents and there were witnesses and a camera where she stated it, accepting her error. This is a business duly registered by the competent authorities, I believe that your declaration of fraud is strong since you should not expose such an accusation without taking it to the competent authority or understanding what you are talking about without evidence.
