After the fence was put up the company began dodging my calls. Of the posts that were pulled up today 6 were pulled out by hand all the concrete stayed in the holes. Lightweight posts were used for a wooden fence (these are for chain link fences). Posts were not buried deep enough instead they cut them off. $3600 to fix half the fence. The other half will have to wait as we can only afford half right now.Business response

This job was completed April of 2022. 1 repair was done in between and there was standing water under the holes indicating ground water issues. This was not covered by warranty.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: 9 posts were pulled out by hand concrete never cured to the pole. Holes were not deep enough and the wrong posts were used for the job. I discussed the water situation with the company who made repairs they said when that happens you have to pump out the water or allow it to dry up before pouring concrete. Also posts should cure before putting up the panels. Something the original company did not.We've had absolutely no issues with the portion of our fence we had repaired. If Wahler had hung the fence properly we wouldn't be having this discussion.

Thank you for reaching out, this customer reached out about 4 months after install expressing some poles were falling over, out of good faith we engaged in repair, after pulling 2 poles we found standing water under the post in the bottom of the holes indicating ground water issues. (THERE WAS NOT GROUND WATER AT TIME OF INSTALL)
Please keep in mind this is also a sandier area, the posts used are standard ************************************************** the ********* and surrounding areas we went ahead and fixed about 10 poles ($700) worth of repair, and showed the customer the water setting under the poles, also informing them we would need to go deeper which in turn would require longer poles but we could not cover that as it was not our fault. Once repair was completed I never heard from them again.
