We had a backed up sewer line that came back into our toilets and bathtubs in both bathrooms on Monday the 8th. We called our home warranty company and we were assigned Jet Plumbing. We called them them the following morning and they could not come over until Thursday the 11th. He came by and tried unclogging the sewer with the snake (I think it is called) for ***be 30 minutes and could not unclog it. He said he had gone down 70 feet and he thought it was in ************* line and told us to call the city emergency line and they would send someone out. About an hour later two city employees showed up at our door. I showed them the cleanout for the sewer and told them what the guy from Jet Plumbing had told me. They got in their truck and drove around the neighborhood for about an hour and came back and said that their line was clear and so it was on our part of the sewer line. The guy told us if the city can't clear it to call him back and he had a bigger machine that *** be able to clear it out, but it was on another truck somewhere else. After the city left we called him back and he said he would call the warranty company. We then received a message from the warranty company and they told us that they denied covering the bigger machine and that we were on our own in getting another plumbing company to come out.. We then talked to the guy from Jet Plumbing and he told us not to worry that he was going to take care of us and that he would call us back later Thursday evening and make arrangements to come out on Friday the 12th and bring the bigger machine. He never called back Thursday evening like he said. So Friday morning we called him and left a message for him to call us back, we called him several time Friday and left messages for him to call us back and he never did. We ended up having another plumbing company on Monday morning and they came out Tuesday morning and spent 2 hours and finally got the line clear. They got 1 start only because I had too.
