The merchandise in question is leased through Buddys Home Furnishings. The merchandise was previously leased as stated in the agreement, and maintained by Buddys per the agreement. The customer was made fully aware per the agreement that money paid into merchandise is non-refundable and that she has the opportunity to reinstate on similar condition products at any time after the lease is cancelled. The lease went into default due to non-payment when the customer informed the store she could not afford the payment in full at the time it was due. Per the agreement Buddys exercised their right to terminate the lease due to non-payment. The merchandise was scheduled to be returned at the next available opportunity and no lease payment is being charged during the delay. We are sorry the customer is not satisfied with the lease or its terms, but they signed in agreement with all that is stated in this response. No refund is due to this customer.
