I purchased a used ********************************************* June of 2023 since I have purchased the product they had came out 4 times to fix the same water leak where I had to pay $175 for them to come out due to me living in it. Each time it never got fixed and water would flood my camper floor so I havent been able to utilize it having to shower at family members houses and not able to cook in it due to not being able to run water to it. Within the time of me having water ran to it it caused water damage we found if it wasnt present before I purchased. I have had to move all of my things out of it and drop it off hoping they actually fix it but they will not fix the water damage unless I pay for it even tho I think it is their fault for taking my money to come out and repeditly not fix the leak. On top of that when I purchased used it was priced at ****** and after financing I owe almost ****** after paying on it a year and not being able to utilize it. I am fed up and dont know what els to do. Weather they take it back or just solve all the issues. I have reached out to attorneys to try and take it to court but couldnt find one that takes those types of cases.Initial Complaint

We went to camping world to look at campers for potential purchase. We were followed around by a sales woman, despite my attempts to walk away from her, telling her to leave me alone and repeated no responses. We were bullied into a deal that was never discussed with us. They lied about the **** and the "sale" price of the travel trailer. They would not let us check or go over the trailer, did not teach us to use the tow hitch that they installed incorrectly and was all rusted. I called them about the things that were broken before we even left Poteau, OK, but no one ever got back with me. The interest rate is astronomical and we never were presented with any information on a financial deal, but they wanted us to sign papers we had zero information on. They would not allow me time to read over the paperwork because they were about to close. We got there at 11am and they did not bring any paperwork until they were about to close. The sales bully we had all day left before anything was explained to us, she had another employee "finish" us out. We want resolution and an explanation of what we signed, why they are straight up liars. We do not want anyone else to have to be bullied and lied to like we were, now we have something we hate, that we are overpaying for!!!!! We want them to fix the tow hitch, actually give us a new tow hitch and fix the broken door they sold us.Initial Complaint

I purchased a camper from this business on 2/13/2024. They charged my $33,885 for the camper that was advertise with a purchase price of $30,995. They also charged me $2,500 for some insurance which I told them several times I didn't want. I have tried to talk to They and they told me they would cancel the insurance but would have to send me a paper to sign and still haven't gotten the paper. I payed $8,500 down and still payed the full price for the camper. They will not tell me the charges that would of added up to over $11,000 other that sales tax of about $2,000 and the dock fee of $195. I have tried to resolve this but they will not call me back.Customer Answer

I have sent a picture of the unauthorized charges on my camper. The *** insurance, the Paint Protection and the *************** contract. We purchased a camper from Camping World in Poteau. It is the biggest mistake ever! After leaving the parking lot, we lost one of the bar arms on the stabilizer. We went camping a week later and we had leaks in the bathroom and kitchen, and noticed the trim on the bar was coming off. Took the camper in and the shop claimed there was no leak. Picked the camper up. Went camping again and still had the leaks in the bathroom and kitchen and then the air conditioner in the bedroom would freeze up. We took them back to the shop with videos of both water leaks and told them about the *** Had to fight with the service department to fix these items. We had already asked several times for them to buy the camper back considering all the issues we had within the month of purchasing the camper. We didn't even get to take the camper home the day of the purchase so they could do a final walk-through and make sure there were no issues with the camper. That didn't happen due to all the issues. We have had the camper in storage, going to take it camping and now there's another leak. All we would like to do is for Camping World to buy this camper back from us. We have not received any customer service care and they do not care to take care of their customers and are not willing to work with us. We have bought 2 campers frome them 1st camper was so bad we had to trade it to get out from under it now we have had the 2nd camper for about 8 months an trouble from day one had to replace water pump 3 times having to pull it to them an take days to months to get it back now the ac has stopped working the drain has came of we had it fixed an had came off again an tore all the under coating off pulling elect wires lose an flooding the floor so just about everything needs to be replaced we try talking to them they said they can't help us because we are upside done on it we would not be if the first one was not junk so they now want us to bring it in on our dime to have it fixed we live in it an motel is not cheap so the will have it for 3 months to so called fix it an 3 Days later it will be broke again we just want them to do the right thing an get us in something that is not a piece of junkBusiness Response

I have started receiving numerous text, emails and phone calls from Camping World. I have unsubscribed to all emails, and replied STOP to all text messages, and started blocking each phone call, they just call from different phone #'s each time. I have called the office in Poteau 4 times asking to be removed from the call list and each time they tell me I have been removed only to start having calls again the next day. I have counted 18 phones from Sept 7th to Sept 26th.Business Response
