I took a loan out with Great Plains Lending. There is no where to find the agreement on the loan as they continue to take 163 dollars out of my bank account every payday as I get paid biweekly. Their customer phone number is no longer in use as its disconnected and they never responded to my email in the email they provided on their website. It is a scam and I want some some answers from it.Initial Complaint

I took out a $400 loan in early 2023. This has been paid months ago yet they still are withdrawing a payment monthly of $210.On their website, there is no contact information.I have emailed ******************************** and ******************************** which are returned undeliverable.The phone number ************ is not operative. There is no other way to contact them. I live in ******* and have contacted the Attorney General and also the **** There is an address of *************************************************************. I am having a cease and desist letter sent from my attorney. Think Finance had to pay for fraudulent activity in lawsuits - they are the main company for Great Plains and Plain Green along with other companies.Initial Complaint

I have constantly been trying to reach this place to no avail. I'd like to see what my balance is to pay this off. Yet I feel it is already paid off and they still are taking out of my bank account. You can't call them can't get ahold of them by email. So how do I contact them.Initial Complaint

I took out a loan earlier this year due to an emergency situation. I have paid back way more than I borrowed and they are still taking out payments!!! I am not able to access my account or anything else. And cant seem to contact anyone there. I have since learned these type of loans are illegal in my state! My husband has also been laid off now and I have no way to pay anymore. Please close my account and **** it as Paid in full and do not take Out anymore money!!!Initial Complaint

I took out a loan with this company. I want to pay the loan off, but I can't contact them.The phone number never works, and the email addresses never connect. I have sent emails but never get a response, unsettling. YET, they diligent in debiting my checking account.Initial Complaint

I did not authorize this pay day loan. The sent money to my account and are now drafting payments from this account. Have no contact info or anything. Need this resolved asap!
