I took out a loan with this company on June 12th, 2023.Loan amount was $400.Today is June 21st, 2023. I want to pay loan off in full. I have been unable to reach this company. There is no working phone number. I sent an email to their customer service email, however it came back "undeliverable."I am scheduled to have an automatic payment taken from my checking account July 1st. I don't want this payment anymore, nor to incur more interest ect.Please advise!*************************Initial Complaint

I was contacted by someone stating they were with Miami Dade county & were looking for me regarding a claim being filed against me. The phone # they gave was ******************** included a case number. The county only has local phone numbers so right away I was leery. Called the phone number, spoke with a female & she would not tell me the company name-only "Mutual Proceedings". She had a lot of my personal information, which is troubling. He told me that Great Plains Lending is filing a claim against me for breech of contract, attempt to defraud a banking institution, she spoke quickly & with confidence. She stated not to act stupid that I knew exactly what I was speaking about. I told her that I did not have knowledge of this debt. And I told her I would contact my lawyer. I even stated this is not on my credit report.Initial Complaint

Great Plains keep hiring different collections companies about a fraudulent account I had removed off my credit report years ago seems like every other month I have go thru this about a fraudulent account what part identity theft Great Plains lending dont understand this getting ridiculous trying collect on a fraudulent account
