By far the worst apartment in all of ********. My family and I moved into this complex back in 2021 and things were normal. The one issue we noticed quickly was maintenance workers being fired/ replaced time and time again. Once the new management came thats when everything changed. ***** and **** are the absolute WORST. Once me and my family decided we were going to move , we asked management for a detailed list of what we were needing to do in order to not be charged after the move. We were never giving that information, we texted and emailed and was left in the dark with no response. Finally after a few weeks we were told just clean the apartment . We got the carpets professionally cleaned, deep cleaned for over 6 hours, and went above and beyond. Then upon move out date the manager **** claimed our carpet was dirty and then begin to rip it all up showing stains on the bottom. We asked for proof that the carpet was brand new when we moved in, to show the stains were from us. She assured us she wouldnt bill us without showing us that proof. 30min after our walk through we get a bill for $600 for carpet, without showing us the proof she claimed that she would. I texted and asked for the info she claimed she would give us and never got a response. Four days later I texted again about the info because by law we as renters are entitled to that info and AGAIN I got no response. I even texted letting **** and ***** know that its by law for them to share those info including the invoices of so called repairs and again I got no response. Then out of no where we were hit with a past due bill. The management at this place is the absolute worst. The gate is always broken, kids are hiding out in the dumpster , theres dog p*** everywhere , theres uncontrollable mold in everyones bathroom. Management fail to replace air filters when they are due , the breezeway is always covered in bird p*** This land lord has violated the law , my family and other tenantsBusiness response

Good afternoon, I'm requesting the complaint #******** to be removed due to false information. Attached are the pictures taken while conducting a move-out walk through where the apartment nor carpet were cleaned. I advised *** and Mrs. ***** that I would not charge them for a clean if they wanted to go back and clean some of the items mentioned during our walk through and that unfortunately due to pet damage the carpet would need replaced. They got very upset and said that they had the carpets professionally cleaned, I tried explaining to them that if that were the case I would suggest that they call the company and request a refund due to carpets not being clean as pictured in the attached documents. I have also attached the invoice and reason for carpet replacement from Rasa Floors; the company who did the carpet replacement. The complaint about getting no response is also false in which I have attached the text and emails from *** ****** The information provided by *** ***** about ***** broken, kids hiding in dumpster, p*** everywhere, uncontrollable mold, filter replacement, and bird p*** is false. I, **** Day as the property manager take great pride in my job and in keeping Timbers beautiful. The mold *** ***** is referring to is not mold, that is mildew caused by not cleaning the shower regularly. We do routine filter changes every 3 months, we do not allow nor have children playing in the dumpster areas, we do not have dog p*** anywhere on the property except in the dog pick-up stations trash. We have an amazing groundskeeper that picks up the property everyday and also power washes the breezeways. They are slandering ***** and I's name for a charge that their pet created. Please let me know if I can provide you with any further information to get this removed.
