            They refused to work on my vehicle because the person that hit me had Progressive insurance.. I was told that all though the person that hit me claimed fault I would have to pay out of my own pocket through my insurance to have any work done. I was later informed by multiple sources that I-Care has a history of doing unnecessary, lengthy repairs so they can bill it to the insurance company or customer fraudulently. Such as repairing a fender on the non-damaged side. Then when they go to bill the insurance company, the insurance won't accept the claim. I was actually told by the claims person that the owner has a personal grudge against Progressive due to the fact that his shop does fraudulent work. That being said, the person that attempted to start my estimate was very nice and professional. It is the owner that has the issues.

            I'm so sorry we could not assist with your repairs. Unfortunately, we are not the only shop that does not accept Progressive. They have declined to pay for factory repair procedures. We can not be responsible for repairs not completed to factory specs. As for, "fraudulent repairs", we have never completed a fraudulent repair. We pride ourselves in quality work and customer service.
