      I have contacted The Blue Bodhi continuously for the past 7 months regarding items that were purchased and never received. I was told over and over again that items were being mailed. Finally after 3 months they said they can't mail a painting, said items were emailed that were never received and offered a refund. I have NOT received a refund for the following items: Aura Drawing for $30 (3/31/22), Painting $150 (7/16/22), Full Moon Working $20 (9/10/22), and Spiritual Coaching for $45 (11/14/22) - TOTAL $245. I just don't understand how a business can take money from customers, not communicate or follow through, offer a refund and then never send it? I have been contacted by many people that have experienced the same situation. It is unfortunate that it has to be taken this far.

      I booked a zoom spiritual guide reading from this woman and she never showed up, never emailed about not being able to make it to the appointment. I attempted to contact her via social media, email and phone but received no answer as to whether this appointment was going to be rescheduled or if I am going to get a refund of my money. I understand things happen out of our control, but contacting your customers should be priority!!!!

I have researched this internally and here is what I have found: On the 15th-17th, I had to reschedule appointments, due to a health scare, and I am unsure how yours was overlooked. For that, I do apologize. My assistant and I had gone through all of my appointments and again, I am unsure how we missed yours. I did not find any emails or messaged sent or received on our site. I did find a message through Facebook, and our automated response asked for a message through our site as our Facebook gets overwhelmed. I get bombarded with messages on all social media platforms, therefore I have automated messages on all asking for them to be sent through our site that is monitored 24/7. Again, I do apologize. As stated in my message through email, I am more than happy to refund your money for this appointment and the class you have scheduled in January. I have sent the refund for the appointment and class through PayPal to the email you have ordered from. I cannot screenshot that due on PayPal to privacy with account numbers, however I will provide the refund number privately to the BBB so there is a record of it. I wish you well on your path. She has refunded me the money owed for both bookings. Although she still never sent me a direct email or gave a phone call for any of this (as she claims), I accept the resolution. I did call the number and leave a message with my return phone number and still was never contacted. I feel as though if I hadn't reached out to BBB she would have just walked away with my money, which is a shame because I really liked her and had had a session in the past. I would have gladly rescheduled with her, but that wasn't even given as an option apparently. I understand life happens, but as a business owner, you can't leave your clients in a fog. If I did this as a nurse, lives would be on the line.
