I presented to liberty tax in Sapulpa on April 14 of this year. I filed my taxes and was told I would get a call the next week to come in and sign off on everything. They were really awesome and worked with me and let me know what to expect and how much money I was receiving back. I got married the following Saturday, left on my honeymoon and didn't receive a call that entire week. I got back into town 24 April. I eventually received a phone call that I could come in and sign my paperwork but unfortunately I had a scheduling conflict. They let me know that I could come in anytime Monday through Friday 10 AM to 4 PM and that it would take approximately 30 minutes to complete. I stopped by there during the week one day during their business hours and they were closed. They had a note on the door stating they would be back the same day that I showed up however they weren't there. Since then I have stopped in during business hours on different occasions to sign the forms as they stated I could and they have not been there. Online it states that they are open. Online they have their hours. When you call and leave a message their hours are listed on that as well. Which brings me to all of the messages I've left. I have called multiple times and left multiple messages. I have received one call back which I was unavailable for. I tried calling back and there was no answer. That was last Tuesday. I have tried to call back and left a message and I still haven't heard anything back. But I don't just like to rely on phone calls so again I stopped in there as of today and they were closed! Again, there was absolutely no notification online, their door, or on their phone system. I stopped in during business hours! This is so bizarre and frustrating and I have to sign off on my tax forms so I can receive my return. I am needing this resolved as soon as possible. Due to poor business practices it seems as if they do not know what they are doing and that is frightening.
