            I emailed ***** on 1/23/24 and 3/15/24 informing him of poor workmanship on one of the two buildings built by Gober contractors. I included photos of the work to help him understand the problems. Both times, he replied and told me that "anything incorrect will be removed and replaced" and "the building will be made right". Twice, Gober dispatched someone to come to my property (6 hours away) without calling or contacting me to see if I would be home. Both times, I was out of town receiving treatment for cancer.I emailed again to report additional issues on 3/29/24 and 4/18/24. I have not received any response from either email. I have called and left a message with the salesman to ask for a return phone call and again, nothing.I'm not asking for the impossible; I just want to be kept informed regarding the timeframe of the repairs that are required and to be informed BEFORE someone is sent to my property.

            Finally got materials delivered now waiting 8 months to finish our concrete and put up the south wall of the house. Now the wood left out for 11 months is ruined. Then when they finally came to pour concrete for our porches they used the gravel that we had ordered for our driveway so now we have to get more gravel and I'm sure they will not pay us back for that! We've been really nice and try not to complain but I do not want the same thing to happen to someone else.
