    I left a new (with tags still on it) backpack with *********************** from Trading Post Custom Designs to embroider on 10/02/23 around 11:00 am. I let him know what I wanted on the backpack, where to place the embroidery & what colors. **************** told me that it would be ready in a couple ********** would call me. When I did not receive a call from him by 4:30pm, I called the store. I got a phone machine letting me know that they close at 4 pm on Monday. I left a message letting Dusty know that I called to get information about picking up the bag. I also sent an email to the store to find out what time I could pick the bag up, received an email on 10/3/23 stating my backpack was ready for pickup, I let him know that I would be there to pick it up around 3 pm. I arrived to pick up the backpack only to find the door locked, I called the store & got machine. ***** called right back yo see who had called him, I let him know the I was at his shop & wanted to pick up my bag, he said he had left to pick up his kids & would be right back. I told him to take his time, I would go to store & come back in few minutes. I came back to Trading Post Customs Designs to get my backpack, ***** brought out my bag & said no charge, I asked why? He then showed me the bag & said that his machine burnt the bag. **** he gave it to his assistant to finish & when he got back the bag was ruined. I told he that this was really bad that we would have to order & pay for new ******* started crying. He never offered to replace the bag only to say sorry. I am not requesting that he embroider the new bag only at the very least to pay for the cost of the bag that was ruined, or order another exact bag from same company & have it shipped directly to me. I have more pictures but your app will not let me download. I also tried to send by taking the picture in your ******** would not send that way as well
