WOW pattern much! so get this. This dealership **** me in with a price and then added **** to the price when I sat down! then they added $**** more for some security package i never asked for and then added $1000 because i didn't use financing! yes, they could not get me a better rate yet charged my $1000! Then they belittle the value of my trade in to presumably insult me. DO NOT DO business with this group! ***** was a GEM of a salesperson. Nobody else can be trusted! Don't leave them alone with your car! they are looking to make $50 or $100 of your belongings so be warned!

We do not offer any security packages, so I look forward to learning more from you when we visit. In regards to trade values, we use ***** Blue Book to evaluate all trade ins; KBB is the most recognized and respected book by consumers. Barry sanders supercenter is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Unethical practices and lies are a staple around here. Maybe don’t try to push another Hyundai on someone who’s been trying to get their’s fixed under the warranty you said I had for over a year. Barry Sander Supercenter couldn’t care less if your car was about to explode, as long as they get their $89.99 diagnostic fee out of you. Everything has an $89.99 diagnostic fee even warrantied stuff because they deny every warranty claim you could possibly make. Terrible terrible service department that does not follow the guidelines set by Hyundai customer care. Numerous times, I have called Hyundai customer care after stepping out of this dealership just to be told that the dealership told me false information or that my experience would be different at a different dealership. Trust me, I would be going somewhere else if I could.

They discreetly added over $1,000 to the listed price. Originally they had indicated that whilst they couldnt lower the listed price they would add gap insurance and warranty on vehicle for free but when I saw the paperwork they had added $3k above the listed price. So when they redid the paperwork the salesperson was very pushy into me signing paperwork stating that if I insisted on reading all we would be there all nigh. I feel deceived in how the paperwork was give to me very tightly stapled in a closed envelope. I blindly trusted that the transaction would be legit but no. $1,000 over listed price! When I saw this, they would not allow me to say no to the sale because it was already signed.Barry Sanders Super Center Response
