I am 25 year old female and the business Wilson cadillac did not believe that I had any of the cash/funds for it when I did for the vehicle even put a deposit on it so that it would secured in a contract. I reached out multiples times to know the status on purchasing the vehicle and they would ignore me but took the funds and never told me the car I put a deposit on was sold to someone else. No one reached out to apologize nor communicate with me. I have a binding CONTRACT that I signed for that specific vehicle. I ended up taking out a personal loan that impacted my credit, if I had know the car was sold the entire time giving me the run around, I would have NEVER taken out a loan now I cant use the loan and they put me through emotional distress. No one contacted me to let me know what was going on and have yet to even refund me my deposit. I have texted / called multiple times and no response. Its not correct to sell the car I have a deposit on. I even said I would be out of the country with no service and this was a week before my vacation, no one explained to me that I would have to have a certain deadline and just sold the car I put a deposit on. Instead they tried to offer me a different car and not even an apology. I DEMAND an explanation and want my refund.
