I ordered a kennel on 9/27/23. They indicated it would be three months. Time has come and past. I email text and call. They have no response. At this point I have no choice but to take this to court!!Business response

We are way behind on our orders, but the craftspeople at the workshop are working hard to get caught up. Please be assured that all orders are in the works, but appreciate your patience as we get work to overcome these delays. I ordered a crate from kennel and crate in August 2023, I paid the deposit on August 2nd and was told the crate would take **** weeks for completion. I text at the 9 week mark ******** 2023) to make plans for deliver or check on the status and did not receive a response. From this point in time I have called, emailed, text, sent ******** messages and called from different numbers. I have not received a response other than a blanked or automated response. I would just like to know if they kennel will be done and if so an estimate on completion. If not I want my money back!Business response
