      I have tried to contact Joancee Jewelry several times over the last few days via email. I wanted to cancel my order within 1 day of placing it and money returned to my bank account which was taken out immediately. This company has no phone number and still has not contacted me back! There is absolutely no other way to get a hold of this business! All I want is to simply cancel my order and be refunded! My order has not shipped yet and I have already made my bank aware of this situation. I have an email from my bank for proof that they will go further with a resolution if necessary!       I ordered a set of couples rings on 02/20/24 and paid for expedited shipping and still have not received them and have tried contacting them multiple times and havent been able to get ahold of anyone. I want my money or my rings now! I am beyond pissed! This company shouldnt still be taking orders if its all a scam and are taking peoples money.

      I placed an order for a ring from Joancee Jewelry on October 30th, 2023. I paid an additional $25.00 in shipping and handling fees for 3-day shipping. I have yet to receive a confirmation email, nor have I received an email indicating my item has shipped, however the funds for the full amount of $98.65 have been deducted from my account. It has been 4 days now without any contact from the company, and I have not received my product. I have reached out via Email on two separate occasions, and have not been contacted back.

      My fiance ordered my engagement ring on September 17, 2022. He paid for express shipping and the ring was still delayed with no compensation. Only days after I got my ring, the rose gold coating on my ring began to chip away. I have never washed my hands, cleaned, showered, or anything with my ring on. We had no idea about the one year warranty until September 4, 2023. I emailed the company to see if I could get my ring fixed and they claimed the warranty had ended. They lied and would not fix my ring. They also take days to respond.

      So I made a purchase from this jury company to see what confirmation every time I click the link they tell me that I don't have the order so I want to file a complaint and get a refund

      Me and my fiancée bought a ring on 1/21/23 and the company keeps giving the same automatic answer of it’s still in production, need a few more days or it’s in urgent status about to be delivered and never do.or doesn’t reply for days. Can not get a real honest answer on what’s going on. Theirs so many others commenting on their Facebook with same issue as well

      Bought a Mothers ring online via their website in Oct 2022.As of Dec 2022 still no ring and many excuses from someone named Ivy.End of Oct 2022: item in ***** for inspection Mid Nov2022: item still in ***** for inspection Emails from Ivy would say: We cannot ship to ******- which is so wrong- nothing on their site states that.We will resend to you- what is your address? Can we send to another address?We can only refund you 60%- nothing on their site states that.We will contact carrier and let you know. No response.Tired of all the excuses.Dec. 2022: I contacted my bank for a refund.

      I placed an order from Joancee Jewelry that shipped September 19, 2022. When I received the item, a rose gold ring, I contacted the company to figure out how to return the item. Their website indicates not to return items to the address on the package. It also states that returns have to be approved. I reached out to customer service via email and was told to send photos of the item. *** sent the photos and still have not received any further instructions. This company has a history of poor customer service. I want to return this item and am well within their policy to do so.

      This company does not post that the customer has to pay for returns that have to be sent to *********. In addition, they have an office in **********, which is where my item was shipped from. Their return process is a scam. Shipping an item that cost $100 to ********* is more expensive than the product and they know that. This company uses deceptive measures to ensure that customers are not refunded. Mine is not the only complaint that Ive seen. If they ship from **********, having to return an item to ********* is just a measure to detour customers from pursuing a refund.

      I ordered a ring on 8/12. They sent me 4 emails in response to my queries saying a label was made up for the item. I went to USPS and they said a label was made up but item never left their facility. I’m worried I won’t receive this item but the money was already taken out of my account.
