I bought dress from there. We got home and she tried on and the zipper in back from all coming apart I called she offered to fix if I brought it back. It takes 2 hours to get to her shop. I just paid a seamstress 20.00 to fix it. The night of homecoming she only had it on maybe 30 minutes and the straps break! I had to rush to go buy thread and try and fix it! I feel like I have a dress that is falling apart and I don't want it! I don't trust it to stay together for prom! I let her know about the straps breaking and got no response. I also emailed the designer of the dress and got no response. For the price I paid I should not have to keep fixing it!Business response

I'm sorry about the dress coming unravelled at the bottom of the zipper. Sequin dresses and formal dresses tend to be somewhat delicate so it is not unusual that a repair might be needed. Our staff did offer to repair it, but customer stated it was too far away to bring back. This is the first time hearing about the spaghetti strap breaking. We of course would repair that as well if brought back to the store. I will contact the designer to let them know of the issues with their brand. Of course you are still welcome to let us fix the problems. Most of our dresses come with extra beads/sequins in case of bead loss which is a natural occurrence of hand beaded fabrics. It is the nature of these garments to shed some of their beads during wear. I do apologize for any inconvenience the customer experienced and will be happy to offer a discount on her next purchase.
