      After arriving back to Tulsa International Airport I couldnt locate my car location where it was parked. The Airport ABm were assisting me because. I complained must find my car before another day fees and was told do you have turnpike pass dont have to pay. Found car and exit was told yes If I have toll turnpike sticker dont have to pay, but since I had pushed ticket I had to pay. Ask for manager he confirmed I asked why that wasnt posted toll pike sticker just enter dont have to push for tickets then I would have not pushed for ticket and as a senior disabled customer had to pay&70 from my social security monthly only income check, I feel that it was a fraudulent act for profit to not post notice for unknown posting fees. I feel disappointed and robbed for stealing from the poor and old.

      Our parking operator, LAZ Parking has investigated this complaint. ************** was charged for parking at the airport and not double charged. Parking Perks has verified that there were no charges by them.

      I parked my car at Tulsa Airport Valet Parking operated by LAZ parking from June 4-June 14. Upon pick up, my windshield glass was cracked. I have photos showing before and after. I have contacted LAZ parking about 8 times since June 14, and no one will call me back, saying I need to speak to the manager, but she never calls me back. I have also contacted the regional manager of NAV parking and they will not call me back either.

      Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/07/27) */ Greetings, Upon inquiring with the Valet team this damage was reported next morning after leaving the premises , damage was never reported at the time of retrieval by the customer. Pre-inspection log show no evidence of this damage as there was NO damage to the windshield while vehicle was in LAZ Parking's possession. Customer's call was returned on timely manner , their voicemail was full on first few attempts ,final voicemail was left on 6/28/2022.
