After watching an interview by this business, I ordered a regimen for detoxification. I paid approximately $208.00 for the regimen. When I received it, I opened the box and was intent on using the materials. It consisted of packets of a powder and packets of 5-6 capsules. I did not know what was in the capsules, nor of what the powder consisted entirely. The first day was troublesome, as the powder mixed with water tasted HORRIBLE!! I did not take the capsules, as I was not sure what was in them. The accompanying booklet did not tell much at all.The second day, I tried the powder mixed once again with water, but could not get all of it down. I tried the capsules, and soon after became very sick. That lasted the rest of that day and on into the next day. I decided not to take this stuff any more. I had not taken anything out of the box except what I had used the first two days, so the box was intact. I typed a note and put it in the box, taped it back up and went to the post office to mail it back to the lab from whence it had come in *****, not ********. I also typed a letter to the people who run this "institute" in ******** and sent it to them. They had my email, so a day or two later, I got an email from someone there who said that they refused to refund my money. By this time, they owed me not not $208.00, but $18.00 for having to send this stuff back, adding up to $226.00.

This business has, in my opinion, shady business practices. I was a patient there for a couple years (and they provided the service I paid for) BUT when I found a place to get the pellets closer to my house than the 50 minute drive they were things changed. I asked for a full copy of my bill and they told me I had to PAY $50 FOR MY OWN INVOICE!! When I researched the statutes and told them they couldn't do that, they sent me a spreadsheet without their name or mine on it just showing payments. I ASKED FIVE TIMES FOR A PRINTOUT OF MY CHARGES AND PAYMENTS, and they flat out refused to send it to me. They sent a couple random printouts, but never anything that I could look at and say "I paid here, here, and here for the pellets and received them here." Without that information I just can't tell if I owed them money. I contested their automatic withdrawal from my account and FMI FOUGHT IT and demanded the payment stating I owed it, and I can't prove them wrong BECAUSE THEY WON'T PROVIDE ME MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION. ALSO THEY ARE DEMANDING A $50 PAYMENT TO GIVE ME MY MEDICAL RECORDS! This is not a goo place to go if you ever think you might want to change doctors or move.

Hello: First of all, this is not about a fight, it is about communication and best practices. We are about taking the best care of our customers. This individual igned a contract to recieve services. If services have been rendered, they are non refundable. This patient signed a plan 8/19/22 that renewed automatically as you will see in documented contract (shall you request to see her signature and the contents of the plan) This individual called the office 2/23/24 and decided to cancel her plan after a payment to the bank had been made. She made no effort to call the clinic to help us understand her bank dispute. The clinic is upside down in her cancellation. We have provided documentation of the services rendered. We are unclear about the invoicing she is refering too as she has been provided that information. Before this review/complaint and in terms of her bank dispute, we reached out to the patient and she agreed by phone that no refund is due. She spoke with our executive assistant He also provided her with details of her purchases. . We have no reason to withhold information We have also sent her all documentation by email and provided these items for her records. She was asked to reach out if she needed anything else. The email was unaswered. It is not illegal to charge per page to print medical records and have an individual sign for their records. This ensures they actually recieved them, and that we have record of providing them. Keep in mind this individual has provided us with no doctors office to fax or submit records to. This requires a medical records release form. She actually owes the clinic -the details will not be submitted here but are available upon request. An email was sent asking her if she needed anything else with the reciepts sent and no answer was recieved. Documentation of signed plan, sent emails, and phone records are all available upon request Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions- there is not a way to upload them in this comment section. In regards to this complaint- A phone call was placed 3/30/24 @ 12:26 pm by My personal cell (I have cell records if necessary) - the voice mail identified the voicemail as the individual that filed this complaint. I left my cell to call back. I also called her 4/1/24 @ 1:02 pm and left another voicemail (the voicemail identified the phone to be the individual that filed this complaint) to reach out for resolve. At the end of the day, I had my executive assistant call her and he left a voice mail to reach back at 4:34 pm. We have recieved no communication. We have done our best to communicate with this individual. It has been impossible. Todays date is now 4/3/24
