I made a purchase on 8/21/23 for ****** 30 CAL 175GR MATCHKING BULLETS PULLED FROM MATCH AMMUNITION from Green Country Ammo. In their webpage they indicated that it was "shipping included". and noticed after that I was charged shipping. I reached out to the company and received a reply stating that it was their partner *** that was charging for their cost, and that they will not be able to reimburse for the charges. I have made at least 3-4 previous orders from them and they will not credit or reimburse for these charges as they state that it *** that is responsible for making the charges. I have attached a screenshot of the page and an image of an invoice for an order placed with them to you.Business response

Not sure what the issue was with the order, but he's been credited $63 for shipping.
His account at *********************************************************** will show the credit when he logs in.

Unfortunately, we don't know how many rounds this customer is missing as there is incomplete information on the BBB complaint form.
Would be very interested to know how many rounds were missing as the package shows delivered. ** do have a damage report from UPS.
I don't remember this complaint, and neither does other customer service reps. ** never received an email from the customer, and do not see it when conducting a search in the "sales" inbox. This is about the same time we had malware emails from someone that flooded our inbox.Still interested in working with the customer.

They so they didn't have a total of how many rounds were missing. I provided them with that. They said they didn't have a shipping error message The package had not been broken open. The box was in good shape and closed. The photo of the email shows my reply
