They do shoddy work and are hard to deal with...STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

The customer came back 8-6-21 saying his bed cover was defective. This is quite a long time between picking it up and bringing it back. We told him that if it was indeed defective we would get with the vendor and see about getting it replaced. We then showed the technician the bed cover. He confirms it would never have left our facility as pictured. As you can see in the pictures the bed cover has been bent. It is not defective. We determined that the customer may have tried to shut it or fold it or somehow bent both sides of the aluminum frame of the bed cover. It's possible someone tried to break into it as well. This is not a defect and it is not warrantable. The customer also uses a fifth wheel. He may have not folded the bed cover back all the way and hit it with the trailer. We cannot be sure how it was damaged but it is not warrantable and it was not damaged when it left. We repaired his truck and it was in excellent condition when it left. We are sorry for his trouble but we did what we were paid to do. In an effort to show good faith we are happy to replace the cover at cost if the customer would like us to do that.
