The BBB Code of Advertising states in part: "Despite an advertiser's best efforts to ascertain competitive prices, the rapidity with which prices fluctuate and the difficulty of determining prices of all sellers at all times preclude an absolute knowledge of the truth of unqualified underselling/lowest price claims. Advertisers must have proper substantiation for all claims prior to dissemination."
The business responded to BBB stating: "we do guarantee the lowest pricing.. The Claim is correct! if we are not the lowest price one only has to submit our competitors price and we will beat it. we do monitors all of our competitions prices and adjust 3 times a day to be the lowest price."
The business has not added a disclaimer to their website explaining to consumers how they can obtain the lowest price, has not modified the verbiage in the ad to state "low prices", "lower prices", "better prices", etc. and has not discontinued the advertising in question.

1) The bulk of complaints received by BBB center around non-return of customer security deposits. Specifically: consumers are required to pay a security deposit in order to rent the car; Consumers are generally informed the deposit will be returned in 7-14 days after the return of the rental; Most consumers allege they don't receive the return of their deposit in the stated time frame.
2) Consumers allege difficulty speaking with a representative; calls and e-mails are not returned.
On September 28, 2016, and October 4, 2016, BBB brought these concerns to the company's attention and asked the company to address the matter as well as provide steps it is actively taking or plans to incorporate in order to prevent future complaints concerning these issues. BBB did not receive a response concerning the pattern of complaints that was brought to the attention of the business. The business fails to respond to calls, emails, and other messages. BBB has mailed notices to this business in an effort to obtain a response(s) to complaints but has not been successful.
