I refused to let ************** bully me, and I'm so thankful I didn't! They initially offered me $38,000 for a vehichle I'd paid $43,400 for merely 10 days prior to it being totaled by a deer jumping infront of me on the Turnpike omw to work! I was livid, as I'd put down $5,000 cash and would've lost it all! However, I decided to read my policy, and learned about my right to hire a personal appraiser, so I invoked my rights. I hired Joshua L. Dorris with Collision Safety Oklahoma, and he went straight to work for me, not putting up with any of their bs! He fought them tooth and nail to get me the most out of my settlement, and he did an absolutely amazing job! He was very communicative, very confident, and very knowledgeable! I'm now walking away with more money than I started with, which to me is deserved since **** put me through so much, and even breached their own contract! If you're ever put in the same position, and your insurance company is trying to mistreat you, I strongly recommend you give him a call! He won't disappoint you, I promise! Overall, this has been one of the most stressful situations I've been in, but it all worked out to where I'm happy. 🤗🤑💪
