Took car to Christian ***** Invoice #*****, and #*****. Oct. 19 2024.Diag. replaced spark plugs Replace coolant pump. Lower control arm. Fuel inj. cleaning Total $3,510.71.Picked up10/30/23, a few days same problems, returned11/13/23. Replace (oil/air separator), (VVT SOLENOID) 12/06/23 Total $3,086.26. Roadvantage said they were overcharging. Recheck invoice, $2,892.49. Spark plugs foiled by leak they missed. A few days engine light on, noises I had never hear running bad!02/22/24 Took to ******'s ran diag. said every sensor ***** ***** put in did not work.Audi replaced spark plugs,Fuel inj. leaking, wiring has been damaged by prev. shop repair. Also Purge Valve, and Left control arm with ball joint. Had them do repair as I did not trust CBA to touch it. Also, Audi said it could lose control at anytime due to prev. damage,zip ties had been used . Total $5,093.37. would like this ti be reimbursed by Christian ***** Auto.Christian Bro.had complained about the warrant *** not wanting to pay. I was told warranty approved all necessary repairs.Someone at Christian ***** knew they had damaged it, and tried to cover it up. This could have cost someone their life! 3/22/2024 Took to I-CARE BODY WORKS Under cover dragging due to screws being stripped out and missing. **** called Christian ***** they told him they did'nt have any knowledge of working on it. Total $721.71. I have attached copies of invoices from Christian Bro. and Audi. Hopefully, they will go thru. Also, they may have put it under ****** name my deceased husband, but ***************. knew this and I signed all the payments. Not familiar with computers, maybe I should do this by mail. We disagree. The customer has an extended warranty that paid for most of the ticket. We did what was needed. I'll respond with additional information soon.
