    I contracted a service for a transportation of a brand-new motorcycle which I purchased from North Carolina I secured the transportation V in aggregator and was assured that the company had not only insurance but ample insurance to cover the cost of the motorcycle which was $60,000 the service from transporting it one-way from North Carolina to Las Vegas was supposed to be a total of 3 to 4 business days maximum and the cost of $1395 for an enclosed transport and that is where my nightmare began I received the motorcycle nine days after pick up it was supposed to be a maximum of 3 to 4 days The day the motorcycle arrived the transport company showed up at 11:52 PM when it was clearly dark and less than favorable visibility when the transport truck opened its rear the motorcycle was pressed against the rear door and as the rear door opened it was just hitting against the side causing damage it was clear and visible damage that had been had to the motorcycle for one the right side visor was broken the right side mirror was broken the single sided switch swing arm was scratched it was clear and visible damage but more importantly the motorcycle wouldn't start and had no power I looked at the odometer and with placing jumper cables to the power and I could see that the motorcycle had 16 miles more than originally did prior to being shipped lucky that we took videos The driver didn't speak English offered me $50 for the damage of the motorcycle which was unacceptable the following day I contacted progressive which was their insurance company and progressive spent the next four months fighting whether or not they were going to honor their claim because they didn't meet the requirements of their contract after a lot of pleading in and calls progressive agreed to honor at the moment the damage was $6500 progressive issued me a check for $1500 and the deductible paid directly to me of 2500 it's been 3 months and No check they are simply playing games.

    Contacted them. To pickup a 65 mustang advised them need a 24 hour notice they called in 2 hours to pick up car told them will be ready at 12 noon called again 2 hours later to pick up car advised them a second time to pu an noon next Day third call they said we will be there at 8 am the driver spoke broken English was from Russia nothing against Russians but another classic car dealer has been waiting a year to get paid for there severely damaged gto also a Russian driver they intend to pick up mustang 1200 tues I think I will pass on this company before its my turn to have a horror story as the others *****
