I had a deal going with a and B salvage located roughly *************************, ** I spoke with a gentleman named ****** on April 10 ****** told me if I send him the money for a transmission and a engine that he would make sure that it was delivered the following day and it was not delivered. I went to my mechanic to let him know that I had paid a and ************** and my mechanic ************* said good luck they will probably bring the wrong one the first time thats going to cost you extra if we have to do it twice. I called a and B salvage back and spoke with ****** and expressed my concerns about what I was told and he assured me that my engine and transmission would arrive on 11 April which it did not. He said that they needed more time to have the engine and transmission polled and it would be ready closer towards the end of the week whats that didnt happen. The following two weeks I made several attempts to find out what was going on with my engine and transmission was told that either it was on its way or that they were having issues with the drivers by the third. By the third week they did deliver an engine and transmission but it was the wrong size engine and transmission which I found out on my Mechanic called to let me know that they delivered to the wrong size engine and transmission when you provide the Vin number to a company like a savage yard it makes him aware of the correct size engine transmission or whatever part youre needing so that theres no mistakes. So again Ill wait another week still no engine and transmission just more excuses and then Monday May 13 I requested a refund because my engine and transmission still had not been delivered I was told that they had already picked up the engine and transmission but they still had not delivered it but it was on the truck so I came back Tuesday after filing the police report which was 14 May and was told that the engine and transmission was never delivered

Ordered a tire rim on 4/6/24 at 11:38am Came to get tire rim on 4/13/24 and ***** said that the rim did not come on the delivery truck and that they would have it the next weekend.Came the next weekend, and ***** said the rim had still not come in and to check with him Monday...Came in on Monday, 4/13/2024, they didn't have it. Stopped by several times during "official open hours" and they had either closed, or saw me coming up and shut and locked the door. I just needed a new rim, I didn't want to have to go through all this. I'm still reporting it, because I feel that every person who was unable to stand up for themselves and document most of the process with these scammers is hard to do. I think there is something else going on at the junk yard, and I'm concerned about where the parts are coming from and who is stealing all the parts and money from customers when ********************** are not received. I'm not the only one and I'm shared multiple instances from all over the internet about how bad this "business" is, but if they are stealing from multiple people, I believe there is a lawsuit for the owner, business, manager, and anyone affiliated with this business.

I called the salvage on friday March 1 2024, I asked if they had a transmission for my car and they said yes, I went Saturday to pick it up, I got home with it to put it in and it was wrong, I called them and told them and they said bring it back on Tuesday and they would have another one that will fit. I drove the 60 mile trip back to the salvage and they did not have the rite one, I asked for my money back and the owner said no we don't do that, I said then make it rite, he said I will have you one on Thursday, here it is friday April the 5th and he has no transmission and he will not return my money. This has put me in a very bad financial place, please help as I don't have the money to purchase another one from somewhere else.

3/5/24 I ordered a ****** transfer case part that was advertised as available on car-parts. com.I contacted A & B spoke with ***** directly and ordered the part and paid via zelle. I was told it should ship within a week and he would send me the tracking. I pierodically called to check to see if it shipped and many excuses were made on why they had not sent my order. Finally on 3/22 when I called ***** he said my order would arrive on 3/27 but could not give me a tracking receipt. On 3/27 of course the part did not arrive. I called A & B on 3/28 and ***** said he would call me back in an hour with an update. Of course no call back. on Friday 3/29 I sent a text message to ***** and the owner ********************* requesting my money back or a tracking number for the part, they then responded that there was no tracking receipt and I would get my refund. **** made me sign a paper stating I would not file a report against him and he would refund me the full amount. Of course all week ******************* continues to lie saying they are giving me my money back on this day or time but as of this claim I have not received my part or refund. This business took my money for the part, freight and tax. Because of all the 100 reviews online on how they steal clients money I need to make this claim

October 19 2023, 10:56 am PAYMENT ID: ************* Made purchase for part within the hour I called and canceled transaction and they said it would take 72 hours to debit back to my account. I never received confirmation number for cancelation. I also called back to check on refund status and they didn't ask for receipt number, but said that they will process it soon and send confirmation email. This phone call took place on October 23rd, 2023. On the 25th the charge for ****** was no longer pending, but a process charge. On the 30th of October, 2023 around 11am i called about refund status. Once again the employee asked what was the part and I told him then he put me on hold for a moment then responded "yeah, we do." I responded "Do what?" He put me back on hold which lasted for atleast 25 minutes. I hung up and redialed and was sent to voice mail.

I paid A and B Salvage $225 on August 30, 2023 for an ABS pump. Two weeks later after many phone calls asking for an update and tracking information (which they never provided), it showed up and was wrong. I called that same day (9/14/23) to let them know it was wrong and the guy that answered told me they had the correct one sitting there on the counter and he wondered why it was still there. He said they would overnight it to me. It is 9/25/23 and I still do not have it. I have called several times and asked for a tracking number which they will not give. I told them today that I just want a refund of my money and the guy said he would get someone on the phone that could do that, then proceeded to put me on hold for over 15 minutes.

August 28 1023,I ordered the part and pay $175 (part and delivery). Anytime I call they said it will be delivered next day. For 4 times I did that When I asked for manager to solve my problem they started hanging on me and ignoring my calls. I requested a refund from my credit card. But it is sad and very very disappointing that customers would be treated like this from a business entity. Thank you

My daughters credit card was charged for a part that was supposedly out of state and never arrived. I was told they would only charge a 10% deposit and that the balance would be charged upon receipt. They charged the entire amount of $750 without my daughters authorization, and have refused to provide a receipt or refund. The part never arrived, after being told it would come from ****** in a week, then the story changed to the part coming from ***** in another 2 weeks. I told them if the part wasnt ready on the date they gave me that I would want a refund that day. When I called and the part still hadnt come from *****, they were dismissive and rude and put me on hold for over a half hour before telling me the refund would be effective within 4 days. I have since called their office and spoke with their accounting department over 12 times in the last 3 months, they still have not refunded my daughters money or provided me with a receipt, and have become increasingly rude and threatening every time I have spoken with them. I have since reviewed their social media ****** and Yelp reviews and ratings, including with your office at the BBB, and have seen what they have done to God only knows how many other people whom they have stolen from for God only knows how long. I dont understand how such an unethical business can still be in operation. I would really like to know what they are doing with all the money theyve stolen from their customers in their credit card fraud scheme and why nothing is being done about it Thank you for your time in advance

On October 25, 2021, at about 10:15 am, I used my debit card to pay for 2008 Saturn, Aura 3.6 L motor, VIN# *****XXXXXSXXXXXX; REDLINE , 3.6, AT, FWD MOTOR to Jeremy, a heavy set white male. He told me it would be about $1200.00 but he would knock off $100.00 if I paid cash because he would not have to pay tax. I chose to use my debit card. The total price I paid is $1,193.69 for the motor to be delivered November 12, 2021. That amount was debited from my checking account. The motor was not delivered on Friday, November 12, 2021 nor Saturday November 13, 2021. In response, I telephoned the business on the following Monday morning, November 15, 2021. I spoke to a male for placed me on hold for approximately 4 minutes. He asked, "Are you ready for it now?" I responded, "Yes." The male advised that it would be delivered that day. However, it was not delivered. On Tuesday, November 16, at about 11:00am my mechanic arrived at the A & B Auto Salvage. Jeremy, who identified himself as the manager responded, "I don't know who you talked to! You should have talked to me. You paid your money to me!" In response to my advise of the Monday telephone conversation. He went on to say that the motor was on the lot of another salvage yard. I asked for the address so that my mechanic, ***** **** and I could inspect the motor to verify it was actually there. Jeremy stated, "I not sure that it is not on its way over here." I replied, "Well we will wait." I asked for the owner's name. Jeremy, replied, "I don't give out that information." I informed Jeremy that he failed to deliver the motor and I no longer wanted to do business with A & B Auto Salvage. I asked when will I receive the refund. Jeremy responded. "When I get to it!" I have not received my refund. The motor was never delivered and I do not want the motor. Jeremy as stated that it was posted that credit for merchandise is given. I did not notice any such sign and I desire no future business.
