This is a company that you use at your own risk. I recently went in for a short bob haircut and what I got was something out of a nightmare! I went to the Midtown location and had a Melissa cut my hair. I had asked for someone else that I had seen before but she was not available at that salon. Melissa said, " I am the manager, I can cut your hair." Even though I was reluctant, I went ahead and told her what kind of cut of I wanted. She apparently does not listen to her clients or does not know how to cut hair. She cut out the back of my head with a choppy gouging that looks like a child had taken a scissors to my hair!! One side is shorter than the other. First of all, it does not resemble a bob cut in any stretch of the imagination. My hair from the back looks hideous to say the least. There is no fixing this other than I have to grin and bear it and wait for my hair to grown out. Mind you, I had shoulder length hair when I went in. She not only chopped all the hair out in back but also thinned my hair. I have fine hair and I do not have my hair thinned. Melissa should not be allowed to touch anyone's hair! Ruining someone's hairstyle by a cut that can't even be fixed is unforgiveable! My hair will "eventually grow out" again and in the meantime, I almost feel like I want to wear a sign that says, "Melissa at Tulsa Hair Midtown did this to me." Stay away unless you know someone at one of the locations that actually does know how to cut hair and does a professional job.
