  I went on 2/28/23 to get my radiator leak fixed. I sat there the time in the lobby while they had done labor, nobody ever came to me to notify me about any problems the whole time I was in the lobby. After the job was done they told me it was a problem with my transmission and that they would be contacting me soon as finding more information about the issue. Why didn’t they have the information right then I was wondering? I left but I noticed late at night I seen a dark shadow under my car from the front to the back. The next morning I seen something leaking again so I went back up to the dealership the next day, took male cousin with me to help me understand what was going on with my car because I don’t understand the terminology of what was being discussed about the parts and labor. They raised the car up and he escorted me back once we got there and they were looking for the problem, it was a small leak in a hose that the mechanic say that he placed back on my car (same hose from before, not a new one) which my cousin said to the mechanic that the leak had to be coming from the hose blowing back down on all parts of the bottom of the car that made it appear that my whole car was leaking under, which my car was never leaking like this until after they fixed my radiator. My cousin asked had they come to notify me about any other problems but nobody ever discussed an issue with me until after the repairs was done for the radiator. When my cousin asked the mechanic why didn’t he come notify me the mechanic hollered **** IT! I quit! He then started grabbing stuff and breaking glass up against the wall. The service manager was there watching, the man tried to run up and fight my cousin because of his response after watching the mechanics tantrum and then I put my arm up and told him to back away now my alternator is ate up from coolant and I asked to speak to the General and Phillip called me back and said that he was in charge and they could no longer do business
