      THIS BUSINESS DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE TO HAVE A STAR RATING...THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! WENT LOOKING FOR A VEHICLE DECIDED TO TRADE WITH THEM EVEN GAVE THEM MY PAYOFF AMOUNT OF MY VEHICLE WHICH I AM PRETTY SURE THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO GET THEMSELVES. THEY TOOK A COPY OF IT AND BROUGHT MY ORIGINAL BACK. WENT TO FINANCE TO SIGN PAPERWORK IN WHICH I HAD TO ESIGN EVERYTHING TRUSTING FOR THIS BUSINESS TO DO THEIR JOB! A COUPLE WEEKS LATER IM GETTING LATE NOTICES THAT MY PAYMENT IS DUE ON MY OLD CAR. COME TO FIND OUT THEY SHORTED MY PAYOFF BY ******* DOLLARS. I CONTACTED THE DEALERSHIP AND EVEN MADE A TRIP BACK TO NISSAN TO BE TOLD THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD BECAUSE I SIGNED THE PAPERWORK! MIND YOU IN THE MEANTIME THE ***** GUY AND THE FINANCE GUY I DEALT WITH NO LONGER WORKED THERE IN WHICH I WAS TOLD WAS RELEVANT! I ASKED SO YOU CAN'T SELL MY CAR UNTIL THE ***** IS CLEAR IN TO WHICH I WAS TOLD THEY COULD DO ANYTHING THEY WANTED TO DO! SO I HIGHLY SUGGEST IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A VEHICLE THIS WOULD NOT BE THE ***** TO DO IT!!!!!! TERRIBLE BUSINESS ONLY GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE I HAD TOO!!

      I would not even give this business a 1/10 rating. I went to purchase a car on September 27, 2023. A 2023 Nissan Rouge. The dealer agreed to a price including a Cambell Package. When we went to go get this vechicle it was $4,500 over what the price was quoted and then I went back to the dealer and stated this amount was incorrect. He stated that I had made a deposit on this vechicle on September 27th and that on October 1st someone came in to change the price of vechiles on the lot. He said he told thdm I had made a deposit on this vechile and had them leave the pricing as was. hen I asked him why is it $4000 over what we agreed on. He then proceeded to tell me he put in a $4000.00 Warranty that he never metioned before. So I told him I did not want this warranty, at that point he agreed to bring the price of the warranty down. I had the certified check made out at the bank. I had to go back to the bank and have the check reissued to the proper amount. Then when we went to sign the paperwork we got to the warranty paper. This paper was a Buyers Guide stating AS IS-NO WARRANTY ( I took a picture if this for proof on my phone). I read everything carefully, I told him I refuse this paper as it states NO WARRANTY AS IS. He then stated that he hit the wrong button on his computer and went to correct his mistake. I made sure that I got the correct paperwork before I left the office. Also, he states that Military was rebating $500 to the customer if I brought in the DD-214 Form, which I did. Then he stated that he could not issue those papers because we did not fianance this vechile as we paid cash. I am also concerned about filling out this survey he mentioned, and said I could Not recieve my second set of keys until this survey was filled out! I DO NOT INTEND to have my vechile serviced there.I WOULD SUGGEST NOT BUYING OR HAVING YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED THERE! I am not even sure that I should of gave them a ONE STAR RATING!

      I would not even give this business a 1/10. I purchased a car from this dealer in September and ended up paying 10,000 more than the original sticker price... Even with my warranty, it should not have been that much more. I pulled off of the dealership lot after I had purchased the car and my check engine light was on. I luckily got right into service and they fixed it THAT TIME. My check engine line too continues to flash on and off between times. I took it to get regular maintenance at a dealership I fully trust and they tell me my front struts are bad. I called and called again to try and reach Campbell, no response. So I booked an appointment for service and I took it in and waited several hours while the dealership "Tries to make things right..." I left the dealership with a "fixed car" but the sound the struts were making when I left was the exact same as when I went in. They ALSO didn't give me back my original papers that I GAVE them with my warranty and also my vehicle information. I have contacted SEVERAL PEOPLE to try and get this paperwork back so I can actually get my car fixed at another dealership that I ACTUALLY TRUST. I never received a call back about the paperwork and definitely did not get my paperwork proving that the work was actually done. I have tried several times to reach them about the issue, and all I get is "we would love to make this right" but they haven't. I have had to get my tires replaced already, and ALL of my TPMS sensors went out. DO NOT BUY OR GET YOUR VEHICLES FIXED HERE... I wouldn't even rate them a one star at this point.
