Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2023/01/27) */ Contact Name and Title: Thomas R******** Trustee Contact Phone: XXXXXXXXXX Contact Email: ***@memorialparktulsa.com We read Mr. ****** *******'s complaint as alleging that Memorial Park refuses to allow him to remove the marker now on the resting place of Mrs. ******* ** *******, his deceased spouse, and replace that marker with a new marker. Concerning Mr. *******'s referenced complaint, please see our December 21, 2022 letter to Mr. *******. As stated in that letter, Memorial Park is perfectly willing to replace the marker. To accomplish this Mr. ****** ******* needs to: 1. Sign an authorization to remove the current marker. Memorial Park will furnish this to him upon request. 2. He has already paid the fee for removing the present marker. 3. Supply Memorial Park with the information he wants on the new marker. At a minimum that information would include the full name, date of birth and date of death. 4. Approve the marker design and purchase the new marker. A 24x12 Georgia Grey granite marker can be purchased for $647.00 plus tax, a total of $702.10. Other markers are also available. 5. Pay the setting fee of $236.00. If Mr. ******* will contact me or Counselor Darlene Carradine, we will provide the necessary paperwork. Upon payment of $938.10 and completion of the steps outlined above, the marker now on the resting place of Mrs. ******* ** ******* will be removed and the new marker installed.
