I started to attend Clary Sage college towards the beginning of September 9/13/21. Since I have started my program, we go through each course very quickly. Me and every single one of my classmates feel like we have not learned a single thing. The school is very understaffed and seeing as our teacher is the head of the Cosmetology department, she is always busy and is constantly leaving the classroom, and with people coming in and out of the class during lessons. On top of this, the makeup in my kit I received expires before my graduation date. We have brought these issues up to her, and tried to talk to the president of the school, Dr Raye, on multiple occasions but we are met with the same response of "we are going to fix this immediately". Nothing has come of it and there are multiple accusations against the school from others as well on other social media saying how unprofessional they are. We would like to be taught with a teacher who is fully attentive to us, or a reimbursement.Business response
