I emailed asking about a basic part and they didn't have it which is fine. The reason I give a 1 star is the explanation later was totally not true which if they are dealing with computers and don't know that just makes me wonder about the rest of their operation. As per the owners reply he said i called and had no access to a computer. I never called I strictly emailed so he had access to email and internet so there is no reason for the blatant bad knowledge and no you get one and done when you give such terrible answers. Again if he would have even said you were on vacation and just said no we don't sell the item it would have been all good but then you said something that just was not true and I am just not willing to give someone my business when it comes to a computer if you strictly need google for any PC based questions. This was a great test of a computer repair place I found another and will always go there cause they were knowledgeable about computers. Well now he is emailing trying to call me out and telling me to meet him at the store to settle this. He also claims to never be wrong and runs three businesses and likes to throw around he makes more then me. God I am glad I avoided this trash of a person.

All of this is fraudulent Google already removed this review I have no clue what this person is talking about I was on vacation and responded with I don't have a part for this customer and if I made a mistake it don't call for all this misleading information.

He gave false information and later acknowledged it then preceded to threaten me and tell me to meet him. He says he is never wrong but didnt know about a basic screw for a computer. Again if he just said no dont have it and call it done that would be fine hut he lied to why he doesnt sell it. He claimed its motherboard specific which is just a blatant lie. He is a computer repair place but doesnt know basic computer. I dont know what he told google to remove it but it was always a valid complaint.
