I am a legally blind veteran who is having a mother in law house built for my mother. The whole process thus far has been awful. We met with A.H. on December 2. He stated work would start in March...two guys started June 27th, worked for one hour forty five minutes. They actually got here at 09:15 and stopped at 10:00. One guy left and the other guy leaned up against a tree in the shade and started playing on his phone for the next three hours and fifteen minutes. They finally started working again at 13:15 only to leave one hour and forty five minutes later, worked the next day and we didn't hear from them and no work was done again until July 5th. They dropped off the bobcat and it had a beer in the console. I threw it away and took pics. The next day they used the bobcat and when they left there was another beer in the console which meant they were running that heavy machinery in my yard while drinking. Days later they brought over another bobcat and took the previous one...the new bobcat had beer in the console so again i took pics. The next day two guys came, one could barely stand, he was completely drunk. He had a beer in his hand and a Walmart bag full of more beer next to him. I immediately called M.S. and he and A.H. showed up and sent him home. A.H. did not believe me so he let one guy stay. The first time they left all kinds of nails, glass and two 18ft rebarbs all over my driveway which I stepped on. I texted M.S. the pics I took, he stated "we can't keep them all picked up." Mowed my yard and those two 18ft rebarbs were never picked up, only thrown to the back of my yard so now I have to replace a blade on the mower. Again, they left nails and debris all over the driveway and this time my bf got a rusty nail stuck in his tire. Its almost August..I have brick ripped off and a concrete square. Nobody speaks English, one asked me what is he suppose to do! A.H. is charging us $89,000 for 450 sq ft. There is more, not enough room to type.
