Made a payment towards my next appointment and procedure on my first visit but when I took off of work for my second appointment that I had already made the payment towards they proceeded to tell me when i got there that they could not find my payment or do my appointment for the day and that I would have to to reschedule. They even called me on the day of my appointment to make sure that I would be there so they were aware of the appointment, and I was told we could only make the appointment if we paid 60% towards the cost of the procedure to be done on the appointment. I have been to the office 3 times since then with the info from bank statement showing the payment they took from me but they are claiming technical issues. I lost extra wages for taking off a day from work for an appointment I paid for in advance that they denied me. I would like to receive my payment back since they are not going to be doing the work that I prepaid for. I want the money returned to my account and not a credit on my account as i would rather do business somewhere else that shows a little more professionalism and organization.Business response

We have been made aware of this issue and it is currently under investigation. At this moment all of our systems are down and have been since April 25th. As soon as our system comes back online this issue will be resolved. I should note that I have personally spoken with this patient several times but I can not do anything at this time.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: They are able to take patients and bill them so I do not understand why they are not able to refund my money. I have been beyond patient and understanding of the system outage but it has been a long time and nothing is getting resolved.
