On May 11, 2022 Affordable Dentures in the Tulsa Hills shopping center in Tulsa, Ok made a set of economy dentures for me and charged my insurance. I came back on May 12 to have them fitted, I told the dental assistant that they didn't fit right. Shirley the receptionist/bookkeeper/office manager advised me to "just take them home and get used to them" I advised Shirley that they didn't fit right and they needed adjusted but she again said to "just get used to them" and sent me out the door. On Friday May 13th I called the office and advised Kristen they they were rubbing my gums raw and they needed adjusted, she made me an appointment for May 16, 2022. I brought my other dentures in that they had remade back in October 2021 to show them the difference, these were way to big for my mouth and they was sharp edges inside that was cutting my mouth. The dental assistant took both sets and noticed the significant difference in the size and shape of the top denture. A gentleman came and asked me to go to his office where he assured me that they would remake the dentures at a cost to me of only $200, I told him I could come up with maybe $200 (I am on SS) when I spoke to Shirley she advised that it was going to be over $400 for them to remake them. Why should I have to pay for their mistake, their website does offer a 100 day guarantee but she said mine didn't apply.Business response

I purchased partials from Affordable. When delivered installed on Friday they pulled a tooth and installed partials. I told them I would be back on Mondsy for a nother fitting. When I arrived on Monday they refused to accept or make any adjustments. Partials donot fit and I cannot wear. They have a 100% guarantee but refuse to adjust or refund . They don't fit and cannot be wornBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2021/09/21) */ We called the patient to make sure we could make him happy with his partials. The dentist saw him and make some adjustments and the patient left happy. We were very happy to have the opportunity to help him and make sure he was happy. This case has been resolved.
