First of all, my name is Jerry Hall in case the business is reading this. I went in for new dentures and they were being paid for by Sooner Care Insurance. My first set of dentures they put in were economy dentures. The girl who put them in said, "Now the dentures you are getting today are the economy dentures, but your final dentures will be the premium dentures...which is what your insurance company paid for. I had to go a few months for my gums to heal and adjust and then I went back for the final product, which were the premium dentures, which I was told they would make on my final visit. Before I tell what the problem was, I will tell you that Affordable Dentures and Implants/Tulsa Hills lied to me and ripped the insurance company off. They did not give me a new set of premium dentures like they were supposed to and said they would, they merely took my old dentures and painted them a new color. The paint they used doesn't even go up to the gum line, and because of the painting. the teeth are 2 1/2 times as large as regular teeth in a set of dentures. The person who painted the dentures put them in my mouth and then had me sign a form saying they looked ok....I answered yet, but that was just because they were white and not yellow like the previous ones. It wasn't until I got home that I realized their bad paint job and how they didn't give me what I was supposed to receive. They lie and their deceptive, and they cut corners to make a profit from what the insurance company is paying for. I'm not going to go to extremes with them, but they lie.....so beware.
