Terrible service. Didn't call in a prescription until 3 days later so i was in pain unnecessarily. Don't return calls or pick up the phone so I had to drive to the office to get an answer. The dentist says to call if I need his help but then he says nobody notified him in two circumstances. Wanted me to pay before my insurance sorted things out. The office manager got angry when i began("began" being the key word) telling her of the series problems with her staff and kept cutting me off...how can you fix problems if you don't want to hear what happened? ...not to mention how unprofessional and rude it is. My crown is nowhere near the color the same color as the rest of my teeth but they won't pay to correct it. Tried to charge me for $2900 in services i didn't ask for. Sent me threatening letters to pay for services i didn't ask for only to say it was a clerical error. Called the home office in OKC to tell them of the trouble I have had only to find the location i went to magically overlooked telling me of a refund due. They sent a check payable to the wrong name. Called again and they said they would send a new one. Called again to ask where the new check is and they say I'm "not being helpful" despite my giving my name, phone number, patient ID#. They told me to "go ahead" and file a complaint with the BBB and hung upon me.Initial Complaint

Scheduled appointment for dental treatment. Initial appt June 7. Routine examination. Referred to ********* Dental (Periodontist) on June 8, 2022. Returned to Dental Depot June 14, 2022 to discuss Periodontist recommendations. I had e extractions and 1 root canal with temporary crown. While lying in dentist's chair after given anesthesia (dental blocks), Dentist left the room and Madisson from billing came in to "discuss" payment. I agreed to 4 payments of $1299.00. Made first payment on day of initial appointment. Given contract with balance and agreement of 4 payments. Followup scheduled for June 21, 2022 for partials and June 28, 2022 for crowns. On evening of June 16, temporary crown came off. Called dentist June 17 to inform crown fell off. Was told it would be repaired at my next visit. Returned on June 21 for partials and to fix temporary crown. Clerk demanded $3899.00. I reminded her that we agreed on 1299.00 over 4 payments and I would make one payment today and another when I returned in one week as agreed. Clerk spoke with office manager. Told I could make $1299.00 payment today but I would have to pay balance on June 28. This was not agreement or discussion and I asked to speak with office manager after visit. I made the agreed on $1299.00 payment. Appointment scheduled for 9am but I arrived at 8:45am. I was not taken back to exam room until 9:30am. In exam room, I was told I would not be getting my partials and that it would be another 3 weeks. Asked about temporary crown and was told I would be getting a crown today. I explained that I was assured I would be getting partials today. I had several events and wanted the partials due to unattractive smile. The dental tech told me it would be 3 weeks before I would receive partials. I showed them appointment card for partials scheduled for June 21, 2022. Office manager told me I would not get partials. I left office. Staff unprofessional, lack of accountability and knowledge.
