            17 October 2021 ************ came for a quote & possibly to fix my garage door. At that time, they claimed it would be installed by the end of October 2021. I have had nothing but being jerked around since. At this point I am not even getting responses anymore! The promised call within 2 days late in December...nothing. I did NOT ask for a cancellation the last time I was texted in late December; I said I am tired of being ignored now and want my $1,698.50 I paid in October back! At this point, I accept nothing less from a company that doesn't even have the decency to contact me at all.

            I needed the remotes fixed. The guy dismissed the remotes, quoted me $1,100 worth of fixes and didn't even look at the remotes. In my frustration I got the remotes to work last night. Then, I find out that he charged my wife a $39 service fee. They did not provide a service, only a sales pitch.

            We charged a trip fee, dispatch fee, diagnostic fee, or even a service fee.  This is a fee to get the trucks rolling.  It has nothing to do with whether or not service is performed.
