I had a 2 million dollar building done through this company. The building itself is good but the lies and lack of communication will blow your mind. We were approaching the completion date and they stuck some new guy on my project as the new foreman. We went to the site numerous times to find no work being done and they missed the completion deadline. They said they would compensate us for the delay but they lied, when it was over they just said "no". We lawyered up and they paid but we didn't get anywhere near what they cost us after lawyer fees. We then had numerous issues with warranty items. They said that they would not replace plants on the property because I replaced the timer for the sprinkler (IE the switch that starts and stops the sprinklers) and stated I did not water them this was after they claimed I was over watering just a week before. The new timer has an app that shows the amount of water we applied and adjusts itself based on weather conditions They will not look at the data they just said no. We had an attic ladder that would not stay up. It fell and hit my employee in the head and they didn't want to fix it so I did it myself. We had a pipe burst on Christmas day due to a device that was install improperly. they refused to fix it until I spent hours of my time and went to the manufacturer of the device and found the install papers and showed them that it was done wrong. I had to again threaten to sue to get them to fix it. I currently have another water line that freezes because it was not insulated properly and they will not even talk to me about it. They will just not respond. This is a common issue. They just don't answer. I got Travis on the phone one day and he said, "I get mad because I don't like his answer". The truth is I get mad because he won't answer. I have also spoken to more than 1 of the subs (because Travis won't speak to me) and they don't want to work with him anymore because they have not been paid.
