On Thursday August 19, 2021 my child came home crying that all of her coaches were leaving the gym and that she no longer had a team to practice with. After speaking with the coach I was informed due to personal issues with the owner that all the coaches for the team decided to leave the gym. There was no communication from the owner of the company, there were no calls, texts nor emails. I called, texted and instant messaged multiple times with zero response. Finally the first week of September I finally got the owner Jenn to answer the phone, I asked her where my refund was for my child's leotard, warm up suit, shorts and gym bag that were all paid in full and she said she would issue all refunds by the end of September. I agreed to remain patient but here it is October 8th and I still have no refund, she owes me and many other parents hundreds of dollars for payments for services and merchandise not rendered. Monies were paid to Twisters for upcoming team fees, competition uniform, and competition bag. We paid $1,000 over all. On 8/20, the gym dissolved the team without warning. There was no communication about future practices or competition. Gym owner Jen **** immediately promised refunds but has ceased all communication.
